The Society

Knights Templar Descendants

The Society of Knights Templar Descendants is a non-political, non-sectarian, hereditary organization. Membership is open to any person who can prove lineal descent from a male ancestor who was a Knight Templar. 

Application Instructions: Proof of lineal descent, with sources, must be submitted, accompanied by the life membership fee of $200. There is no standard application form. Lineage information is acceptable in any form an applicant may wish to supply; for example, record copies of approved applications from other lineage societies, standard pedigree charts, family group records for each generation, typed statement of lineage with sources cited, etc. 

Please Note: All documentation submitted becomes the property of the Society of Knights Templar Descendants. Please do not submit original documents as all paper documentation is destroyed after entry into our genealogy database.
