Knights Templar Descendants

The Society of Knights Templar Descendants was founded in 1958 by Richard Herbert Tivey, a man of distinguished heritage and vision. Serving with unwavering dedication, Grand Master Tivey guided the Society for 65 years, nurturing its mission to honor the history and legacy of the Knights Templar and their descendants. 

At the time of Grand Master Tivey's death on November 8, 2023, the Statutes of the Society made no provision for the succession of the Grand Master's office.

In keeping with the continuity of the Society's purpose and spirit, Robert Taylor McClintock Koehler assumed the office of Grand Master by constructive notice on March 1, 2024, no objection to said notice having been received.
